Cam Newton Superman

4. “…unless your name is Cam Newton, who by the way will win the BCS National Championship, go first in the draft to Carolina and re-write the rookie record books.”  

Never before have I seen pre-draft opinions so varied than they were on Newton.  Looking back, the Panthers made one of the best and boldest decisions taking him 1st overall.  Cam plays like he never left college, and he is still by far the best athlete on the field in every game.  He broke the NFL record for rushing TD’s by a QB (14) and threw for the most yardage of any rookie in history.  His patented ‘Superman’ celebration could not be more fitting.
