5.If You’re Going to Do it, Do it Right - If your working on a presentation, work on the presentation. If you’re watching TV then watch TV. Do not try to work on your presentation while watching TV. This will lead to a sub-par presentation and you not enjoying TV. Half-Assing anything will lead to half the desired results. Focus your time and energy effectively towards your tasks to allow for a spike in your productivity.
