Keeping consistent sleep patterns is important for your overall productivity. Go to bed earlier and get up earlier, the more active hours you have during the day will boost your overall productivity.

Giving someone a random compliment will not only make their day, but it will also help you overcome the anxiety of talking with strangers, or people you have just met. The ability to give a compliment randomly takes a lot of confidence and trust me, people will notice.
