4. Wannabe – Spice Girls

I’ll tell you what I want, what I really want…

I guarantee you sang the next line in the song. This is what the Spice Girls did, they dominated the charts in late 1990′s. Wannabe was the groups debut single and it stressed the importance of female friendship over relationships with men. It was the only Spice Girls song to reach the #1 spot in the US while it flourished in the UK as well.

3. Nickelback

It takes a lot become a band that is so widely disliked within their own country. Nickelback has managed to do this with flying colors. There are several radio stations across the country that commit to not playing their music. You don’t want to get caught singing anything by Nickelback.
